Wireless observability
See the wireless network while the problem is still small.
AirSight gives NOC engineers a live view of the wireless LAN. It watches controllers, access points, radios, and clients, scores health, and raises an alert before a floor goes quiet.
Wi-Fi fails before the ticket explains it.
An access point drops off, a radio fills up, or clients fall away. The first sign is often a user. A poll that walks every access point arrives late and loads the controller. A vendor tool sees only its own moment in time.
The controller already holds the live picture of a centralized wireless LAN. Most of the delay is spent asking the closets for an answer the controller has already collected.
Real-time observability, from the controller.
AirSight is a wireless observability platform for NOC engineers. It takes a continuous feed from the wireless controller, keeps inventory in step, and puts access-point, radio, and client health on one screen. It is built for Cisco Catalyst wireless: 9800 controllers with Catalyst 9100, Aironet 2800, and 3800 access points in centralized deployments.
How it works
1. Watch the controller
Live access-point, client, and radio state arrives from the wireless controller. The NOC does not have to poll every access point to see the network.
2. Score the site
AirSight turns that stream into health for the access point, the radio, and the site: utilization, noise, retries, and client load.
3. Alert with context
Engineers see an access point that is down or flapping, a radio that is too busy, a retry rate that has climbed, or a sudden drop in clients, on the same screen as the evidence.
What the NOC gets
A live NOC view
Controllers, access points, radios, and clients on one screen, updating as the wireless LAN changes.
Controller-first visibility
The controller already aggregates the wireless LAN. AirSight uses that as the real-time source, and keeps inventory reconciled when the stream has a gap.
Health, not only up or down
An access point can be joined and still be a poor experience. Health brings together join state, radio conditions, and client load.
The alerts that fill a ticket queue
Down or flapping access points, high radio utilization, high retries, and a sudden loss of clients.
A closer look when an incident needs it
Deeper diagnostics on an individual access point stay available for a serious incident. They are not required for the everyday view.
Built for the wireless team on shift
The person who takes the next bridge sees current health and recent alerts, instead of starting from a blank controller login.
Show the floor before the ticket.
Bring a controller and a site. We will show the live access points, the health picture, and the alert an engineer would act on.
